This week's scripture: Matthew 28:16-20 NRSV  "Be the People of the Great Commission"

Do we have a heart to disciple others? Are we ready to go to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world? Discipleship is more than getting to know what Jesus the teacher knows. It is getting to be who the teacher Jesus is. Making disciples means creating duplicate Christ-like individuals like us, not just someone who agrees with the principles of our Christianity faith, but someone who is transformed by our Savior Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ has promised His presence to comfort His disciples. So let us go and be the people of the great commission.
